Is this really free? What's the catch?
Really free. Thirty minutes, on the calendar, no obligation. The 'catch' is that we learn a lot from these calls — even when we don't end up working together, every audit teaches us something about a new operational pattern. That's worth our time.
I'm not sure if I need AI. Is this the right call?
Almost certainly yes. Half the time we tell people they don't need AI yet — they need clearer SOPs, a better CRM, or just to hire one more person. That's a useful answer to leave the call with.
How does pricing work after the audit?
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. Range starts at $3k for a single utility and scales to $60k+ for enterprise consoles. After the call we send a written proposal with three tiers. If we're not a fit you'll never hear from us again.
Do you work outside Pakistan?
We work with clients in Dubai, Doha, Riyadh, London, Toronto, and the US. Roughly 60% of our engagements are international. Time zones haven't been a problem; we run weekly Looms instead of standups.
Who actually does the work?
Our 13-person team in Lahore. Brand designers, WordPress engineers, React developers, AI / back-end pair, mobile leads, video editors, content producers and a customer success lead. You always talk to the lead on your project — usually Umair or Dawood.
What if I'm too small / too big?
The smallest engagement we've done was $3k for a 12-question quiz. The largest was $80k for an enterprise legal console. If you sit outside that range, we'll tell you on the call who we'd recommend instead.
